JOHN MCDUFF: Business litigation has to do with relationships. Wherever there's a business relationship, a dispute may arise. It could be between an owner and am employee. It could be between partners. When there's a misunderstanding there can be litigation.
People normally think of business litigation as an unemotional undertaking. But the truth of the matter is, emotions do run high in business litigation. It's my job to honor a client's emotions but then bring the client to a logical decision making process. It takes a lawyer with a lot of experience to be able to address all the different kinds of ways that the opposition may approach the case.
